Prince Of Persia Sand Of Time

Prince Of Persia Sand of Time is a stunning fantasy adventure set in 6th century Persia. It tells the tale of the young man Dastan, who is adopted by the King and eventually drawn into events outside his control. After a successful attack on the city of Alamut, Prince Dastan is framed for the murder of the King and forced to flee. With him he has a mythical dagger, which he took from one on Alamaut’s city guards when he killed him.
Princess Tamina of Alamut also found herself in a bad situation after her city fell to the Persians, as she was captured and about to be sold as a slave. She hooks up with Dastan in order to escape and the two of them now have to find their freedom and Dastan has to prove his innocence.
It does not take long until Dastan discovers the magical properties of the dagger in his possession and realizes it is able to send him back in time for a short period which very quickly saves his life.

Prince Of Persia Sand Of Time is actually based on a very successful and cinematic computer game trilogy. The creator of the games, Jordan Mechner, was also involved in making the movie which has probably benefited greatly to the movies huge success.
